My coaching process

  1. Initial Consultation - 30 minutes, $25

    • Meet me and discuss your current situation and goals

    • Get a taste of my coaching approach and how I can help

    • $25.00 fee applied as credit toward Discovery Session or other package if you chose to continue.

  2. In-depth Discovery Session - 1 hour, $125.00

    • Dive deep into your skills, experiences, and career aspirations

    • Receive a high-level proposed plan tailored to your needs

    • $25 of fee refunded toward coaching package should you chose to continue

  3. Personalized Coaching Sessions

    • Choose from a range of flexible packages to suit your needs and budget

    • Schedule your first session and start your journey

  4. Your Personal Coaching Portal

    • Access worksheets, courses, and progress-tracking tools

    • Communicate directly with me between sessions

  5. On-going Support and Accountability

    • Regular check-ins to ensure you’re on track with your goals

    • Adjust your plan as needed based on your progress and changing circumstances

After your free initial consultation and discovery session, my coaching services start at $175/hour. I offer various package deals which could bring the cost down to as low as approximately $133/hour.

  1. Career Transition Jumpstart (4.5 hours of my time)

    • Ideal if you’re facing an immediate job transition

    • Includes resume review & job search strategy

    • $650.00 gets you 4.5 hours of my time, covering asynchronous resume review time and detailed responses, as well as Zoom time as you proceed through the process.

  2. Career Accelerator

    • Perfect for committed career changers or job seekers

    • Up to 4.5 hours of coaching per month for 6 months: $650 per month.

    • Includes all core services tailored to your needs

    • 1.5 hours of coaching time can roll over into the next month

  3. Comprehensive Career Makeover (13.5 hours of coaching)

    • Perfect if you are seeking a major career change or advancement

    • $650/month for 3 month commitment, you get 4.5 hours per month use in any way you want.

    • Meetings available in 15, 30, or 60 minute increments. Includes e-mail support

  4. Ongoing Career Support (Monthly subscription)

    • 1-2 sixty minute sessions per month

    • Ideal for long-term career development and accountability

    • $175/hour depending on your time needs.
